1. Please send an e-mail containing a cover letter and a curriculum vitae of the organization you are representing, specifying: the address, phone number, web address at the following e-mail address: adela.rusu@fondromania.org.
2. Send a copy of the organization’s statute, the latest annual report and balance sheet of the organization, either in electronic form at adela.rusu@fondromania.org, or by post at the following address: Splaiul Independentei, no 2k, Floor 4, Sector 3, Bucharest.
3. The application form and the documents will be presented and evaluated by the FOND Board in the following meeting.
4. If the Board’s assesment is positive, the application form will be submitted for voting in the FOND General Assembly .
5. A final answer will be sent within 15 days after the final decision has been taken.
Conditions for a NGO to apply for FOND membership:
- must be active in the field of international development cooperation and humanitarian aid, and/or has expertise in at least one of the priority areas of the national strategy for development cooperation;
- operates on the Romanian legislation in force;
- is politically unaffiliated;
- adheres to the purpose and objectives of the FOND;
- pays in advance the annual membership fee;
- is transparent and makes public its annual reports and financial narrative.
