Seminar on Consulting the Civil Society for the European Neighborhood Policy Instrument (ENPI) Programming

The Civil Society Development Foundation organises between 25-27 February 2009 at Voronet, Suceava county, the seminar „Consulting the Civil Society for the European Neighborhood Policy Instrument (ENPI) Programming". The seminar takes place within the project "Strengthening the involvement of Moldovan, Ukrainian and Romanian civil society organizations in the ENPI programming", implemented by the Civil Society Development Foundation (CSDF) in partnership with the organisations CONTACT Center from Chisinau (Republic of Moldova) and the Bukovinian Center of Reconstruction and Development from Cernauti (Ukraine). The project is supported by Soros Foundation through the „East-East Partnership Beyond Borders Program". The seminar will be attended by 20 representatives of non-governmental organizations from Romania, Republic of Moldova, Ukraine, Georgia and Armenia. It aims to present the process of consultation that takes place during the European Neighborhood Policy Instrument programming and the participant NGOs’ experiences on their involvement in the consultation, evaluation and project implementation. The goal is to identify best practices in the process of consultation and to define concrete models of how to involve the civil society in ENPI consultation, programming, monitoring and evaluation. |
