This report is part of a broader range of work being undertaken by European development NGOs, to monitor and advocate on European aid under the aegis of the CONCORD AidWatch Initiative. AidWatch activities include lobbying and advocacy in Brussels and in European Union (EU) member states, an annual policy seminar, capacity building for NGOs and ongoing research on all EU aid. AidWatch is also supported by GCAP, the Global Call to Action against Poverty.
